When L.L. Employee Patrick was finished loading, another employee came out to then have me sign a waiver releasing them of any responsibility of problems that may arise from hauling 2.6 tons of 3/4" solid oak hardwood flooring. Previous to the loading, they told me it was perfectly safe to do so.
