Home Inspector Ron Perkerewicz C.B.O.
Came by at about 12:30 he agrees with a contractor that replaced my other skylight a couple of years back, that the leaking skylight had been installed incorrectly.
Ron used a video camera on a bendable rod to look into the ceiling, way cool!
It seems, this nightmare of 'the never ending leak' may finally be over...
