My Heat Pump
On our first very hot day here in WA State, my heat pump would not cool house. So for just a little over $100.00 I was told my heat pump was running just fine that it just needed to be cleaned. He sprayed it with Simple Green and hosed it off. Now I won't know if this fixed it till we have another hot day and I need to use the cooling!

Reinforcing Home Addition
My grandson jumps so hard, it feels like the stick built addition to my mobile home will give way, having it reinforced for peace of mind.

My Neighbor Martha
She lived two blocks over with her daughter who was a couple of years older then me. Martha's daughter died of cancer, then Martha had a mild stroke. She didn't (probably shouldn't) want to live alone. So she is staying with me. She is quite beautiful at 79 years of age.
